So when your baby girl is born with a Mohawk and a rat tail it can make life a little difficult. Grace's hair has filled in a lot since she was born but she still has a persistent swoop of hair growth. I have been combing it to the side like sweeping bangs and just bought some cute barrettes that, so far, have stayed in her fine hair. Another dilemma with Grace's 'do is that her head is too big for most baby head bands! Not only is she left with a red mark when the head band is removed but once she also received a welt!!! In the shape of a flower!!! So since then we have stayed away from head bands. Until the other day at Target I was buying those thin head bands that look like a huge elastic, Well, guess what, they fit me and my eight month old daughter perfectly! Oh and notice the picture of Grace's fight face.

oh yeah, i was going to tell you- I make Celahs headbands for her... something I've found that works really well is baby tights, just cut them up and size them according to Grace's head. gluegun the ends together and then go buy cute bows and such at the store ( or you can buy ribbon and make them yourself) and just clip them on. a million different headbands in one depending on how many bows you get!
