Annoyed
I can't sleep and I am annoyed. Four and a half months ago I was in a car accident. I was in a car that was stopped at a red light and a semi truck plowed into the back of the car. I was pregnant at the time and had to spend a long time at the hospital being monitored and then an even longer time recovering from whip lash at home in bed. My husband missed work, I was in pain, things were not pretty. Well, the last week, or maybe a little longer my back has been killing me and I can't chalk it up to pregnancy pain anymore. Hence the typing instead of sleeping at 5:12 AM. My friend who was driving the car suffered soft tissue damage and went through a bout of physical therapy. I was whining about my back and she asked where it hurt and she thinks I have soft tissue damage. This is annoying. I just want to feel well, now I have to go to the doctor. On top of this the insurance adjuster has been giving us the run around. I feel like he is taking advantage of the fact that we are nice people. This accident was completely the truckers fault and I am starting to get mad about the entire thing. I'm going to go to the doctor, find out about this soft tissue stuff and then send this insurance guy a serious email. I feel like the situation is not that complicated. His client smashed into a stopped car, now give me some compensation. Medical bills don't pay for themselves my friend. See that was easy. Now I'm going to go try and get some sleep.

that's awful, i'm so sorry. i had serious back pain after my first baby was born too, but i didn't have a car accident. i just had a weak back, and carrying a baby all day, the way i held him when i nursed, all that kind of stuff contributed i think. i hope you feel better and GET SOME SLEEP!
Sounds like it is definitely time for a lawyer. Seriously! Then you won't have to deal with the insurance adjuster at all. Your attorney will do all of the talking. And it won't cost you anything up front, your lawyer will just get a percentage of whatever the insurance company ends up paying you, which will be much more than what the will give you if you never get a lawyer.
What a cute little baby! She has the Wagner strong neck, that is for sure. We could put her picture on the bedroom wall and she would fit right in with the rest of her aunts and uncles. We think she looks a lot like her Mom.
