Old McDonald's Farm

Since the weather had cooled off Saturday Neil and I decided to take Grace on an excursion to pick out a pumpkin. The farm we went too had an extensive petting zoo which we thought Grace would enjoy. Boy were we wrong. She wanted nothing to do with the animals and she definitely did NOT want them touching her, breathing on her, or looking in her general direction. She insisted on being carried through the entire park lest a pesky stray animal attack her.

When we arrived at the pumpkin patch she demanded to be carried for a full 15 minutes, until she was positive the vicinity was free of animal creatures. But once she was running among the pumpkins (or in her words the apples) she was in heaven
She did however try to sample the merchandise, silly baby. .
Here the little Miss is with Grandpa and Grandma Larson on the train.
And doesn't she look like she is up to some mischief in this picture at the Larson's.

Looks like everyone had a great time. How lucky for the Larson's that you live so close by.
