grrrrrr
I need to kick up my workout/eating program a notch. We have had a bunch of fish and brown rice and veggies for dinners and Neil has lost four pounds! I, on the other hand, lost 0 pounds this past week :( This is super annoying since I have been working like a crazy woman everyday on the elliptical and taking the kids for walks and doing like a million crunches. On a happier note I have noticed a definite improvement in my stomach, things seem to be tightening up a bit more. The battle is staying motivated. Anybody have any good ideas about how to stay motivated with loosing the baby weight? Yesterday marked John's three month birthday and he is doing great. He and Grace have been so funny together lately. If the baby smiles and starts making baby noises Grace gets so excited and informs me that we have a "silly baby."

I'm sorry you're frustrated! It's definitely not fair that guys can lose weight so easily. When I was losing the baby weight from Carly I would put a post it with my goal weight for that week on my calendar or some other place you may look at often. It definitely helped me feel more accountable as well as irritated me if I couldn't change my goal the next week. Do you feel like you're on track? If so, then I wouldn't stress to much, different things can effect your ability to lose weight from week to week. Good luck!!!
That post it idea is a good one :)
Thanks
We're in the same boat. It's been two years since Hayden and I STILL am not at pre-pregnacy weight. It's incredibly frustrating, but I know I need to step it up too. Hey, maybe we could be workout buddies! :)
