These Boots Were Made for Walking

When I was three years old my mother informed me that she was going to take me to get my picture taken professionally. I then told her that I wanted my hair in a side ponytail braid (remember it was the mid eighties). Yes- I was a three year old fashion diva. And now it appears that the gene is dominant. Grace insisted on wearing these splashy boots that are still a size too big.
And this is the face she made when I tried to talk her into wearing something she could actually walk in.
PS: Do all mothers think their little girls are the prettiest things ever?

I know I do (think my little girl is the prettiest ever). But you may actually have a case for the real thing. Her hair! It's gorgeous.

Yes, all mothers think their daughters are beautiful--just not all the time.:-)

I love your pictures from your trip!! So very cute. And it was fun to see your dad this past weekend.
