Exciting news, I'm 50% effaced, and am dilated to a 1. Labor still could be a long way off though, but this is progress :)
Yesterday Neil and I discovered we had become victims of fraud. Someone hacked into Neil's Pay Pal account and spent $456 out of our checking account! We filed a claim with pay pal and will hopefully be reimbursed promptly. Internet shoppers beware. A tip I've learned is to never use your debit card online always use a credit card. With a debit card your money is gone before you know anything is going on, there is much more protection with a credit card.
I spent a lovely afternoon shopping with some friends today. Shopping was an exercise in self control, there are just so many adorable Easter dresses out there, for babies, wanting to be bought. But I didn't want to commit to an Easter dress until I know the baby's coloring. There was a darling light yellow one with matching mary janes but if she's a blond that probably wouldn't be her best look. I am getting increasingly excited for this baby to be born! What will she look like? What kind of personality will she have? I can't wait!

any color is good on a baby! they're so sweet everybody will go, "ohhh, look at that yellow dress!!". congratulations on the dilation, good luck in the next few days/weeks!
I am SOOO excited for you to have this baby! That is good news you are making progress, but don't get too excited (my friend stayed at 2 dialted and 75% effaced for a MONTH!). But I hope this baby comes sooner rather than later for you. I will keep checking to see if you have it!
