Oh What A Night or Pregnancy Hormones on Crack

Lately, it seems like my dreams have come straight from an Edgar Allen Poe story. Last night I woke up twice panting for breathe and completely terrified. Sometimes I hate having an avid imagination. Of course then I was sure I heard someone creeping around our house so poor Neil had to be woken up to insure the safety of Baby Grace. I wanted to wake him up again two hours later when I woke up from another macabre dream but I restrained myself. Someone had to be coherent the next day and with the few hours of sleep I was going on it wasn't going to be me. Well anyway our church starts at 8:30 and we have to leave the house by 8 to get there on time and today Baby G and I got left behind. Well, I didn't realize we had been left behind until I came to around 9 to a house filled with deadly quiet. In a weird twist of fate Grace is still asleep and it is 9:30. I think it was good Neil abandoned us because I just ache everywhere if I don't get enough sleep when I am pregnant and there is no way I am letting Grace out of my sight after the night of horror. So here I am playing hooky with a zonked out baby.

Try not eating after 6 p.m. and see if that stops the nightmares.

I'm sorry... I have to say I found your post funny, but mostly because I had tons of weird pregnancy dreams. Mine were usually that I was being chased down, kidnapped, etc. I think I watched too many action movies. Good luck with that one. I took unisom for most of my pregnancy to help with the nausea and that helped me sleep deep enough I didn't dream too much. I hope everything else is going well!
