True Love
After Grace was born and I was ok-ed to exercise I joined the local gym. I would go everyday and meet my workout buddy. We would either do the elliptical or go to a class. Well my workout buddy had a baby. Which is great, except that instead of enjoying an hour of fun gossip, I get a magazine or read the subtitles on the TV,and try to work through the boredom at the gym. I also try not to make eye contact with anyone because there are these roaming old men always looking for conversations. After two weeks I realized this was just no good so the other night Neil and I were at our friendly electronic store and I bought an ipod! It is tiny and pink and made my run today seem like 5 minutes! Neil downloaded all kinds of runner friendly tunes and it was like a party on the treadmill. Does anybody have any favorite workout friendly tunes to suggest? I think I need that starry eyed surprise one from the coke commercial, I love it.

my run mix has a real mix of tunes (no pun intended). I have:
"beat it" by fall out boy (featuring john mayer)
"pump it" (radio edit) by black eyed peas
"since u been gone" by kelly clarkson,
"hamsterdance" (seriously) by hampton the hamster
"two step" by dave matthews
"would you go with me" by josh turner...anything that's upbeat and fun, really.
definately go with jock jams. haha- i used to be into music but as you can tell I am very out of it now. thanks for you feeding/gas advice for the baby, I went to a lactation specialist today and I think my problem is solved- Celah was not colicky at all today!
I have tons. I'll shoot you an e-mail.
